My House – Peer 2 Peer Seeds

I have another brainy idea to buy my house !! lol

Beings my X freaked out at the last one on Indiegogo last week.

This one I can do easy because I have alot of plants, flowers and veggie seeds. I was thinking about … starting a new “My House – Peer 2 Peer Seeds” selling plant, veggie and flower seeds.

Here’s how it works .. I’ll need about 50,000 people to send me $1.00 for a pack of seeds (the seeds would have to be chosen by me though due to plant seed availability – I have alot of some and not so much of another kind of thing) I need $43,000 to buy my house – my goal is 50,000 people to buy seeds from me for $1.00 plus .47 shipping. THEN I can buy this house I’ve been renting for almost 2 decades !!

That way, for everyone’s $1.47 – they are getting something in return in a few business days.

Here’s the catch (lol) I will pick your seeds for you ..  due to plant seed availability – I have alot of some and not so much of another. So for every $1.47 you send me – I will choose for you a pack of my garden seeds.

You will be getting heirloom seeds right out of my back yard and I (hopefully) can buy this house I love so much by the end of the year.

I need about 50,000 people to buy seeds from me. Please consider spreading this message to help me. Thank you !!!  PayPal = MelissaKirst@hotmail.com

My Letter to Sheriff Michael J. DeLeo Lebanon County Pennsylvania January 31, 2013 concerning his Oath of Office

sheriff@lebcnty.org

Dear Sheriff Michael J. DeLeo as the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in Lebanon County Pennsylvania you were required to take an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic. Having taken that oath I would like to know if you will honor your oath by refusing to enforce Federal rules, regulations and directives that violate the Constitution and/or the Bill of Rights.

The Second Amendment clearly proclaims that the people have a right to own guns and in the Bill of Rights, the government is prohibited from infringing on the right of the people to own guns if they choose to do so.

Your primary job is to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution and the rights of the people that live in Lebanon County Pennsylvania. The Supreme Court has ruled that the Federal government has no lawful jurisdiction in the counties and that when a Sheriff chooses to enforce an unconstitutional directive, he is violating his Constitutional Oath.

The people of Lebanon County are the employer and you are the employee and we expect you to represent us and not the Federal government. As your employer, I would like to know if you are given an order that violates the Constitution, will you honor your oath or will you do as directed by the President of the United States.

Sincerely, Melissa Lynne Kirst

See how this goes. I was kinda afraid to send it after reading that book by Michelle Gooden – Unsolved Murder of Peggy Reber … but, I did.

Hope someone makes a note.

My response from Senator Pat Toomey on the Uniform Protection and Safety Act S.707

Dear Ms. Kirst,

Thank you for contacting me about the Puppy Uniform Protection and Safety Act (S. 707). I appreciate hearing from you.

As you may know, Senator Richard Durbin (D-IL) introduced S. 707 on March 31, 2011. Among its provisions, S. 707 would allow the United States Department of Agriculture to regulate any dog breeder that sells more than 50 dogs as pets in any one-year period.

Currently, this bill is pending before the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry, of which I am not a member. Please be assured that I will keep your thoughts in mind should this legislation come before me in the full senate.

Thank you again for your correspondence. Please do not hesitate to contact me in the future if I can be of assistance.

Sincerely,

My response from Senator Pat Toomey about the Federal Reserve Transparency Act

Dear Ms. Kirst,

Thank you for contacting me about your support for the Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2011 (S. 202). I appreciate hearing from you.

As you know, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) introduced S. 202 on January 26, 2011. This measure would require a full audit of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Federal Reserve banks by the Comptroller General of the United States before the end of 2012. As a co-sponsor of S. 202 and someone who has been critical of some of the Federal Reserve’s actions, I value your input on ways to provide additional scrutiny on our nation’s central bank.

Currently, S. 202 is pending before the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, and I am hopeful that it will become law. Please be assured that I will keep your thoughts in mind as Congress continues to review this legislation.

Thank you again for your correspondence. Please do not hesitate to contact me in the future if I can be of assistance.

Sincerely,
